Productivity and environmental sensibility were given high importance in the construction and design of this green mark certified warehouse and office complex. Low emissions glass was used for the air conditioned office block while high jack roofs and insulated metal roofing allow for natural ventilation in the wood working factory in the rear of the building. Environmental sensibility was also extended to furniture selection which was sourced locally exclusively from 2nd hand dealers to reduce the consumer foot print of the office.
